Love the Monty Python thing. This game would be so much better if there were upgrades, score multiplier and a pause screen. This could be an awesome game

Score multiplier : done ! :)
Another stellar Berzerk Game
The correct mixture of upgrades, levels, enemies, and storyline. Everything that comes out of Berzerk is always great. Look forward to future titles.
I like toss games
I find it funny how people get upset at games that have similar traits to other games. All games have similar traits to other games in some way, what makes them great are the differences, not the similarities. A lot of people lose forget that.
Imitation is the best form of flattery. I think the game was a great little time waster, and tossing games are always fun. Great job.
not bad...
It's not bad, sort of reminds me of another game I can't really name. Which I know isn't helpful, but if you could add a signifiying noise (anything really) that lets people know that someone is talking, that would be a big help. I found out that running into people makes them talk, but I didn't know because of the very subtle font at the bottom
Yeah, anything to let the player know that a discussion is going on.
Thank you for your review, I will take your advice with me for the next game.
good idea but...
it had potential, but you should be able to move through menus easily (debug and visual option menu), as well as go back and forth with ball and paddle options.
Just a few script and button changes and this could have been good. It seems that you just got lazy somewhere or just forgot to put any effort in many aspects of this game. Try again and you could have something note-worthy on your hands.
keep it up
don't let the bastards beat you down. You are sharing knowledge the best you can, and since I know very little, resources are very important as well as helpful. I could say the visuals could be better and that you could use sound.
But it doesn't matter because it is a tutorial.
Keep at it chief.
Yeah, I was thinking about adding other pictures and sound but music can get annoying and I just wanted it to be a plain and simple tutorial. Maybe later on I'll add some other stuff. Thanks.
no subject
I have personal access to a computer for the first time in four years. Enough access to attempt any project in flash. I will say, because this was the flash that broke the camels toe (tee hee), I started teaching myself coding. That's right, just now bitches. Your kind of direct "here is the code and here is what it does" is what I need, I hope to see more. Or advice would be cool.
I can't draw, but I can script...to the best of my understanding at the moment
thanks for the review and score! I will be adding code descriptions soon :)
Ahhh, takes me back to the 'ol move and clicks
I miss the point-click-move strategy type of games similar to this one.
The story-line was amusing and the animation...well the animation was fucking swell. I hear a sequal and I await patiently.
...again, fantastically done gentlemen...fucking swell.
It was well put together
This game, be it short, was very appealing. The graphics were very cool, and the whole preface of the game was nothing short of entertaining. One point though, which I'm sure I'm not the first to mention, is the final subject matter. Maybe I've never been introduced to "Mama's Kitchen" before, but the PETA backing was a negative for me. I'm not going to bust too many balls for it, since it is all opinion and you have your right.
I just don't like PETA.
Without the over-bearing message of not eating meat, it was a good game and I enjoyed it.
I want to express my thoughts on the whole "no meat matter" but it wouldn't be in good taste.
I like when children want to tell you a secret because it makes me think that they either believe its a secret or they are knowingly wasting your time with malarkey.
Which is just adorable
